While Accmark Consultancy strives to provide accurate and insightful advice, the Consultancy will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
8. Termination of Services
By the Client: The client may terminate the contract for services at any time by providing written notice to Accmark Consultancy. Payment for services rendered up to the termination date will still be required.
By Accmark Consultancy: We reserve the right to terminate the contract if the client breaches these terms or fails to provide necessary cooperation. Accmark Consultancy will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach where feasible.
9. Intellectual Property
All reports, documents, and advice provided to the client during the consultancy process remain the intellectual property of Accmark Consultancy unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not reproduce or distribute our intellectual property without express written permission.
10. Amendments
Accmark Consultancy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes and are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
